Lifestyles Sports Shipping & Return Policy

At Lifestyles Sports, we are committed to providing efficient, transparent, and customer-friendly service from the moment you place your order through delivery, returns, exchanges, and package protection. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, return and exchange guidelines, optional Shipping Protection coverage through Redo, and special policies for cheer-related products. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Order Processing Times

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on business days are processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Orders requiring inventory transfers, supplier shipments, customization, fraud review, address verification, or other special handling may require additional processing time.
  • Tracking information is emailed once the order is processed.

Important: Please add support@lifestylessports.com to your email contacts or safe sender list to ensure you receive order confirmations, tracking info, and other important updates. Some school or workplace email firewalls may block automated messages.

Shipping Carriers

We use trusted carriers such as UPS and USPS based on your location and selected shipping option. Most shipping occurs Monday through Friday.

Shipping Options

  • UPS: Ground, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, Next Day Air, Next Day Air Early, Next Day Air Saver, Worldwide Express, Worldwide Expedited
  • USPS: Ground Advantage

Important: UPS Next Day Air services do not automatically include Saturday delivery. Saturday delivery is only available in eligible areas and only when specifically offered and selected by the carrier at checkout.

Free Shipping Eligibility

Free ground shipping is available on orders of $250 or more with a total weight of under 15 lbs, unless a lower threshold is promoted during a sale or event. Orders exceeding this weight or below the threshold will incur regular shipping fees.

Shipping Protection Through Redo

Lifestyles Sports offers optional Shipping Protection through Redo during checkout.

Shipping Protection must be selected at the time an order is placed and cannot be added after checkout.

Depending on the coverage selected, Shipping Protection may provide benefits related to lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed shipments, as well as return shipping benefits.

Coverage decisions, reimbursements, replacements, claims, and return shipping benefits are administered by Redo and are subject to Redo's terms and conditions.

Customers who choose not to purchase Shipping Protection may not be eligible for reimbursement, replacement, or return shipping benefits in the event of loss, theft, damage, carrier delay, or other carrier-related delivery issues.

International Shipping Policy

Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your selected method and destination.

Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates.

Restricted Items

Due to customs regulations, we cannot ship hazardous materials, perishables, firearms, prescription medications, or other restricted goods internationally.

Return & Exchange Policy

⚠️ Received something damaged or incorrect? You must notify us within 1 business day of delivery with photos emailed to support@lifestylessports.com. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for resolution.

General Return Guidelines

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be new, unused, with original packaging and tags intact.
  • Custom items, gift cards, team orders, decorated merchandise, embroidered items, screen-printed apparel, special-order products, and items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange once production has begun or the order has been placed with the supplier.
  • Do not use footwear, cleats, apparel, or gear in real-world conditions such as games, practices, workouts, job sites, or outdoor activities if you may want to return them.
  • Any item showing visible signs of wear—including dirt, turf marks, grass stains, odor, foot imprints, scuffing, pet hair, smoke odor, deodorant marks, or laundering—will not be accepted for return, even if claimed to have only been "tried on indoors."
  • Manufacturer packaging, including shoe boxes, retail boxes, hang tags, inserts, and accessories, is considered part of the product and must be returned in resalable condition.
  • Items returned with excessive tape, writing, shipping labels, damaged packaging, or missing components may be denied.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or covered by an eligible Shipping Protection benefit through Redo.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If your order qualified for free shipping and a return causes the remaining merchandise value to fall below the free shipping threshold, the original outbound shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
  • Return labels generated by Lifestyles Sports are provided at our cost initially and may be deducted from the refund amount.
  • If a return is denied because the item does not meet return eligibility requirements, any return shipping charges previously paid by Lifestyles Sports or intended to be deducted from an anticipated refund remain the responsibility of the customer.
  • There is no restocking fee for general returns (see Cheer section for exceptions).

Promotional Discounts, Rewards & Free Shipping Offers

  • Promotional discounts, coupon codes, loyalty rewards, free gifts, sale pricing, bundle pricing, and free shipping offers cannot be applied retroactively to completed purchases.
  • Only one promotional offer (coupon code, discount, free shipping promotion, or loyalty reward) may be applied per order unless otherwise stated at the time of the promotion. Promotional codes obtained through email campaigns, cart offers, or loyalty programs are subject to this limit.
  • If returned merchandise causes an order to no longer qualify for a promotional offer, the value of that offer may be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping fees and any price difference in exchanged items unless covered by an eligible Shipping Protection benefit through Redo.
  • Exchanges are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
  • Exchanges are subject to inventory availability at the time the returned merchandise is received and inspected.
  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund, store credit, or alternative item may be offered according to the applicable return policy.

Errant Orders, Damaged Items & Defective Items

  • If you believe you received an incorrect, damaged, defective, or incomplete item, you must notify us within 1 business day of delivery by emailing support@lifestylessports.com with photos attached.
  • Claims involving missing components, incorrect colors, incorrect sizes, damaged packaging, missing accessories, shipping damage, or manufacturer defects must also be reported within 1 business day of delivery.
  • Photos must be taken at home immediately upon unboxing—not at a gymnasium, practice, competition, job site, or other setting.
  • Approved cases will receive a prepaid return label. To remain eligible, the package must be dropped off within 1 business day of receiving the label.
  • Returns that are not shipped promptly after a label is issued, or items that show signs of wear or use, will be denied.
  • Verified manufacturer defects fall under the manufacturer's warranty. If you run into a roadblock with a brand's warranty, our team will assist you.

Lost, Stolen, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Customers who purchased Shipping Protection through Redo should submit claims directly through Redo.
  • Customers who decline Shipping Protection may not be eligible for reimbursement, replacement, or return shipping benefits in the event of loss, theft, damage, carrier delay, or other carrier-related delivery issues.
  • Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed. Expedited shipping services reduce transit time but do not guarantee delivery on a specific date unless expressly stated by the carrier.
  • Lifestyles Sports is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, labor disruptions, customs processing, natural disasters, peak-season volume, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • While we may assist with carrier investigations when possible, reimbursement, replacement, or refund is not guaranteed for uninsured shipments.

Incorrect Addresses, Refused Deliveries & Return to Sender Packages

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
  • Orders already shipped cannot always be intercepted, modified, or rerouted.
  • Additional carrier fees resulting from incorrect, incomplete, undeliverable, or refused addresses may be deducted from any refund or collected prior to reshipment.
  • Orders refused at delivery or returned to sender without authorization will be treated as standard returns.
  • Original shipping charges, return shipping charges, and carrier fees incurred may be deducted from the refund.

Rejected Returns

  • Items received that do not meet return eligibility requirements may be denied.
  • Customers will be notified if a return is denied and may request photos or documentation supporting the determination.
  • If a return is denied because the item does not meet return eligibility requirements, any return shipping charges previously paid by Lifestyles Sports or intended to be deducted from an anticipated refund remain the responsibility of the customer.
  • Customers requesting denied merchandise be returned to them may be required to pay both the return shipping cost originally incurred by Lifestyles Sports and the cost to ship the merchandise back to them.
  • Payment for denied merchandise to be shipped back must be received within 14 days of notification.
  • If return shipment is declined, unpaid, or no response is received within 14 days, the merchandise may be donated, recycled, or otherwise disposed of at Lifestyles Sports' discretion without refund or compensation.
  • Any shipping charges incurred in connection with a denied return are non-refundable.

Abuse of Return Privileges

Lifestyles Sports reserves the right to limit, deny, or refuse returns, exchanges, refunds, promotional pricing, or future orders when return activity appears excessive, abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with the intent of this policy.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers experiencing issues with an order are encouraged to contact Lifestyles Sports before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks may result in account restrictions, denial of future orders, and submission of supporting documentation to the payment processor.

⭐ Cheer Shoes, Apparel & Backpack Policy

This section applies to all cheer-related products, including those from Nfinity and other brands.

  • Cheer shoes, backpacks, and apparel are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Refunds are not issued for these items.
  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • A $15 restocking fee applies to all cheer shoe returns, in addition to return shipping charges.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping fees on all exchanges unless covered by an eligible Shipping Protection benefit through Redo.
  • Items must be unworn, in new condition, and returned in their original box/packaging with tags attached.
  • Do not remove tags unless you are certain the shoes fit correctly.
  • Try shoes on indoors with clean socks to prevent debris or marks inside the shoe.
  • Photos of sizing or quality concerns must be taken at home—not during practice or at a gym/competition.
  • If a returned item shows wear, including dirt, scuffs, odor, foot imprints, or damaged packaging, no return or exchange will be accepted.
  • If the return is rejected, the customer must pay shipping to have the item sent back to them.

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Visit our Returns & Exchanges Portal and enter your order number and ZIP code.
  2. You'll receive confirmation and instructions.
  3. If eligible, a return shipping label will be provided.
  4. Securely repackage your item and cover/remove old barcodes.
  5. Drop the package off within 1 business day of receiving your label and retain tracking info.
  6. Returns are processed within 5 business days of inspection.
