Orders, Shipping & Tracking

When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after that time, on weekends, or holidays, are processed the next business day.
Which carriers do you use for shipping?
We ship via UPS and USPS based on your location and shipping option.
What are my shipping options?
We offer UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, Next Day Air (Saver/Early), Worldwide Express/Expedited, and USPS Ground Advantage.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes—free ground shipping is available on orders over $250 and under 15 lbs, unless a promo offers a lower threshold.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Rates and delivery times are shown at checkout. International customers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
If your package is 5+ business days late, we can help file a carrier claim. Carrier investigations can take 2–3 weeks.

Returns & Exchanges

How long do I have to return an item?
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
What items cannot be returned?
Items marked Final Sale, custom products, gift cards, and any used gear or footwear are not eligible for return. Footwear and apparel must be unworn and in original packaging with tags attached.
Will I get my original shipping cost back?
Original shipping is non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the original cost may be deducted from your refund.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or an approved defect claim.
Is there a restocking fee?
No restocking fee applies to general returns. Cheer shoe exchanges carry a $15 restocking fee.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Use our Returns & Exchanges Portal by entering your order number and ZIP code. If approved, you’ll receive a prepaid label—please drop off within 1 business day to remain eligible.
How do I get a return label?
If you filled out the Return & Exchange Form but weren’t redirected to the Return Label Portal, please visit this link using a computer.

A return label will be emailed to you within 24 business hours. If you do not receive one in 24 business hours, call us between 10am & 6pm ET at (516) 781-8070 (Option 4). Remember: once issued, your package must be mailed within 1 business day.

Product Exchanges & Defects

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery. You’re responsible for round-trip shipping and any price difference. Exchanges are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
What if I received a defective or incorrect item?
Please email us within 1 business day of delivery at support@lifestylessports.com with at-home photos taken immediately upon unboxing (not at a gymnasium, practice, or competition). Approved cases receive a prepaid return label, and the package must be dropped off within 1 business day of label issuance. Verified manufacturer defects are covered by the brand’s warranty—we’ll assist if you hit a roadblock.
What if I need an exchange quicker?
If you need an exchange faster than our standard processing time, please call us at (516) 781-8070 (Option 4) to discuss expedited options.

Cheer Items (Nfinity & More)

Can I return cheer shoes or apparel?
Cheer shoes, apparel, and backpacks are exchange or store credit only within 14 days of delivery (no refunds).
Is there a restocking fee for cheer returns?
Yes. A $15 restocking fee applies to cheer shoe exchanges, plus return shipping.
What condition must cheer items be in for exchange?
Items must be unworn and in new condition with tags and original packaging. Try shoes on indoors with clean socks only. Worn items (dirt, odor, scuffs, foot imprints) aren’t eligible.
What if my cheer shoes have a defect?
Email within 1 business day of delivery with at-home unboxing photos. Verified defects fall under the manufacturer’s warranty; we’re happy to help facilitate if needed.

Final Sale Items

Can I return Final Sale items?
No. Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
