Return Policy for Lifestyles Sports
At Lifestyles Sports, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations, and we are here to assist you with our return policy.
1. General Return Guidelines:
Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for unwanted items.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be new/unused, in its original packaging, with original labels attached to the item.
2. Returns Due to Change of Mind or Dislike:
If the return is initiated due to a change of mind or simply not liking the item, the customer is responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with the return back to Lifestyles Sports. The returned item must meet the general return guidelines mentioned above.
3. Returns Due to Mistake From Lifestyles Sports or Damaged Item:
If the return is initiated due to a Shipping error or the item received is damaged, Lifestyles Sports will cover the return shipping costs.
The customer must notify Lifestyles Sports of any mistakes from Lifestyles Sports or damages within 7 days of receiving the item.
A full refund will be issued to the customer for the returned item, including the original shipping cost.
4. Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team within the 30-day window at Support@lifestylessports.com or Call our customer service phone number (516) 781-8070.
Provide the order number, reason for return, and any relevant details to facilitate the return process.
You can also initiate a return if you have an account on our website. Sign in to your account at Lifestylessports.com and go into your account setting select the item that you like to return and a Return Number with a return email will be generated to process your return. Please note to initiate your return online, The item must be purchased with a signed in account at checkout.
5. Return Process:
Once the return is approved, customers will receive instructions on how to return the item along with a shipping label provided by Lifestyles Sports. Please DO NOT use your own shipping label to return items as we are unable to provide you with a refund for cost initiated outside of our system.Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during the return shipping process.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
The return policy does not cover items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are not in their original packaging. Items with Final Sale tag are not eligible for return or refund.
