Domestic Shipping Policy

- Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day are processed on the same day, ensuring timely preparation for shipping. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Shipping Carriers
- We use trusted carriers such as UPS and USPS to deliver your orders. The carrier for each order is selected based on your location and the most efficient delivery option to ensure timely arrival.
- Orders are delivered Monday through Friday. Please note that carriers may vary delivery times due to factors outside our control, such as weather or holiday schedules.
Shipping Costs and Options
- Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
- Free shipping promotions may apply to qualifying orders; however, terms and conditions apply, which will be noted at checkout.
Expedited Air Shipping
- Orders with Expedited Air Shipping must be placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time on Thursday to be eligible for next-day delivery.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Thursday for expedited shipping will be shipped on Monday, as UPS does not pick up or deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your order’s status from the carrier's website.
International Shipping Policy
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
- International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated based on your destination country and selected shipping method. Both are displayed at checkout for full transparency before purchase.
- Please be aware that international deliveries may be subject to customs inspections, which can delay arrival times beyond our control.

- International orders may incur additional duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country’s customs office. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Return and Exchange Policy

1. General Return Guidelines
- Return Period: Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Please ensure all returns are within this period to qualify.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as “Final Sale,” gift cards, and certain custom items are ineligible for returns or exchanges.
2. Exchanges
- Price Differences: When exchanging an item, the customer is responsible for any price difference between the original item and the new item.
- Shipping Charges for Exchanges: The shipping costs for the exchange item will be borne by the customer unless the item was defective or the wrong item was sent.
- Processing Time for Exchanges: Exchanges are processed within 7-10 business days once the returned item is received and inspected.
3. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Customer Responsibility: For most returns, initial shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Free Shipping Orders: If an order qualified for free shipping, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from the refund.
- Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns to cover processing costs. This will be deducted from the refund.
- Secure Packaging: Please ensure your item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
4. Returns Due to Lifestyles Sports Error or Defective Items
- If an item is incorrect or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- We will provide a prepaid return label and cover all associated shipping costs for returns due to our error or if the item is defective.
- A full refund or replacement will be issued after inspection of the returned item.
5. Final Sale Items
- Items marked as “Final Sale” are ineligible for returns or exchanges, and all purchases of these items are conclusive.
6. Initiating a Return
- Request a Return: Visit https://lifestylessports.com/returns-exchanges/ to access the return form. Complete the form by entering your order number, zip code, and any additional requested details.
- Submit the Form: After submitting your completed form, you will receive an on-screen confirmation that your return request has been accepted.
- Obtain Your Return Label: After processing, you will be directed to download and print your return shipping label. Only use the provided label. Lifestyles Sports cannot refund return costs if a different label is used.
- Prepare and Package Your Item: Securely package your item(s) to prevent damage, attach the label, and cover any old barcodes.
- Drop Off Your Package: Drop off at the carrier’s location, retaining any tracking information provided.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued within 5 business days of inspection, credited to the original payment method.
7. FAQ
- Can I return a gift? Gifts can be returned for store credit or exchange; please contact customer service for details.
- What if my item is damaged or incorrect? Contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will facilitate the return at no cost to you.
- Additional charges for replacements? Replacement orders due to exchanges will incur additional shipping charges.
International Return Policy
