Designed without compromise, the VICIS ARC_V1 Varsity Shoulder Pads bring the same engineering approach behind VICIS helmets to the shoulder pad. Built with CURV thermoplastic composite arch material and the VICIS Air Management Cushioning System, the ARC_V1 is designed for comfort, protection, and performance for varsity players who need to move fast and stay locked in.
The Skill cut is designed for quarterbacks, wide receivers, defensive backs, and kickers and punters, giving these positions a low-profile fit that allows freedom of movement for throwing, catching, and covering. The CURV internal and external arch and epaulette deliver an optimized weight-to-stiffness ratio to help distribute impact, while a locking epaulette is designed to help protect the AC joint during contact.
Inside, the VICIS Air Management System uses dual-density foam with a soft-touch quilted lining for a comfortable feel, and moisture- and sweat-resistant padding helps keep the pads performing through long practices and Friday night games. A VICIS backplate is included. Whether you are taking snaps, running routes, or locking down receivers, the ARC_V1 Skill pads are built for players who demand more from their gear.

Q&A
What positions are these pads designed for?
The Skill cut is designed for quarterbacks, wide receivers, defensive backs, and kickers and punters.
How do I choose the right size?
VICIS sizes shoulder pads using a chest measurement and shoulder width. Use the VICIS size chart and have a coach or equipment manager confirm the fit before play.
Is a backplate included?
Yes. A VICIS backplate is included with the ARC_V1 Varsity Skill pads.
Can shoulder pads prevent injuries?
No shoulder pad can prevent all injuries. The ARC_V1 is designed to help distribute impact and protect key areas, but football is a contact sport with inherent risk. Always follow proper fitting and the manufacturer’s warnings.
