Remove heel plug when wearing athletic shoes or working on the go. The Ultra Work insole also features a strong support chassis and two gel padding zones strategically placed at the forefoot and heel to help mitigate foot fatigue. Its trim-to-fit design allows the wearer to trim insole as needed for a true custom size and fit. To trim, simply remove the existing insole from your shoe, line it up with your new insole as a guide and trace with a ballpoint pen. Carefully cut with a sharp pair of scissors, then insert into your shoe with the top side up. To clean, simply hand wash with soap and warm water, and allow to air dry completely.
