Lifestyles Sports is a family-owned sporting goods, apparel, and custom printing business in Wantagh, Long Island, New York. What started as one guy selling T-shirts out of his trunk in Brooklyn is now a full one-stop shop, an in-house screen printing and embroidery facility, and an online store that ships nationwide and worldwide. Our staff will help you with fit, sizing, and finding exactly what you need, in-store or online.
Our Story
A Trunk Full of T-Shirts
While the Yankees were getting swept in the World Series, a fresh high school grad named Mike was selling T-shirts out of the trunk of his white 1976 Cutlass Salon (navy roof, he'll remind you) at a swim club in Canarsie, Brooklyn.
Taking the Shot
Mike and his girlfriend, now wife, Valene decided to give the T-shirt business a real shot. They sold at the flea market, opened their first store in Brooklyn, then a second Brooklyn storefront.
Moving East
With their baby son, they moved out to Long Island, opened a store here, eventually sold the Brooklyn shops, and planted roots where Long Island families have been shopping with us ever since.
The Next Generation
Today the business is run by Mike and Valene's three kids. Andrew runs the retail shop, and Brandon and Taylor run the production facility where every custom order comes to life. (The two shop dogs help too.) Some of our customers have been with us since the Brooklyn days.

Custom Printing & Team Services
Screen printing, embroidery, and heat press done in-house. Custom uniforms, team outfitting, spirit wear, corporate apparel, and online team stores for fundraisers.
Workwear
Work boots, safety footwear, work pants, jackets, and hi-vis apparel from the brands that hold up on the job.
Scrubs & Medical Apparel
Scrubs, lab coats, and healthcare footwear for nurses, techs, and medical teams.

Glove steaming and break-in, bat regripping, cleat fitting, plus the small stuff that matters: eye black, scorebooks, fishing gear.

Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes. We ship nationwide and internationally. Rates and delivery times are shown at checkout, and international customers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes.
Do you carry wide widths and hard-to-find sizes?
Yes. We stock many footwear styles in wide widths and extended sizes. If you don't see your size online, contact us and we'll help track it down.
How long do team store and custom orders take?
Team store orders are produced together after the store closes, so please allow at least 3 weeks. We'll send updates when your order is ready.
Can you print or embroider our logo?
Yes. Screen printing, embroidery, and heat press are all done in-house for teams, schools, businesses, and events.
